The TB50 Intelligent Battery powers the Matrice 200 Series V1. The high-performance battery uses high-density cells which gives a larger capacity as well as an updated management unit. This management unit monitors battery status and ensures that all information, including power levels and battery temperature, is intuitively displayed via DJI GO.
This version of the TB50 battery has an IP43 rating to be used on the Matrice 200 Series of drones. Drones in the M200 Series V1 are IP43 rated, which allows them to maintain stable flight in light rain weather conditions (less than 10mm/h rainfall).
Performance in low-temperature conditions has also been optimized with a built-in 70W self-heating system capable of warming itself up to 5°C every minute. This self-heating function can be enabled either automatically or manually.
